The Business Model Platform generates value thanks to the peer-to-peer collaboration among all stakeholders within the community. This network interaction allows for a real case application of models and methodologies about co-creation and human-centric design.
How we do it
Analysis of the ecosystem (direct/indirect) and shared definition of impact metrics and KPIs evaluation based on data-driven scenario planning and ad-hoc implementation with a continuous feedback from the community.

Our story
HT2 is a growing community of professionals, entrepreneurs, managers, students, researchers, and citizens who want to drive Italy forward. We believe in the power of a synergetic ecosystem that leverages data science and technology to achieve sustainability goals and promote data literacy.
Founded in Italy in 2016, HT2 began as an action plan to counteract the country’s brain drain (“fuga di cervelli”). Its mission is to strengthen the Italian workforce through initiatives in digitization and sustainability, built upon transparency, meritocracy, and co-creation.
The HT2 team—Paolo Alessandroni, Mauro Pastormerlo, Gianni Lodi, Marcello Ortona, Paola Spinelli, Luca Fuligni, Asya Pesaresi, and Michele Russo—brings expertise from top consulting firms, academia, and entrepreneurship. Through global collaborations, they have shaped an ecosystem that fosters digital cooperation and attracts talent.
HT2 operates under Brain Milano, a company specializing in data science and machine learning for high-tech industries, artistic projects, and human-centered innovation.
We embrace the core ethics of martial arts: self-improvement, honor, courage, and harmony with the world. These values merge with a dynamic, adaptive energy, symbolizing constant evolution.
